I was out of town when Mother’s Day was celebrated. But it did not prevent me from remembering that May 10, 2009 is a day for all mothers! I was thinking of my own mother and my Prince Scotty’s Mum. If not for both Mums, My Prince and I wouldn’t be on earth today. My Prince always gives Mummy a very special treat on Mother’s day. They would usually go out for lunch or dinner and watch a fine movie.
Incidentally, both Mums were born in May. Last Friday, May 22, it was Mummy Carol’s birthday. I was able to speak to her and she sounded very happy that her children came over to celebrate with her.
And how she loved the birthday card I’ve sent her! I was so glad she liked it! I have yet to send out the birthday gifts I have prepared for her.
Mummy Carol has always been so nice to me. A simple card and the little things she sends out my way is always appreciated. I truly admire her for raising such a wonderful son in Scott.
To both my mother and Mummy Carol, a belated Happy Birthday and Belated Happy Mother’s Day to the both of you!
