It’s finally over!
The grueling and the tedious work in the wedding preparations I meant
Now that my brother is going to embark on a new life as a married man, I must say that this is only the beginning of a long journey ahead and not the end of a fairytale.
A week before the wedding, my family, the family of my brother’s wife and also the caterer had a week-long devotional prayer. We can only rely on the sole Providence of God Almighty for a beautiful weather. We also asked for God’s guidance and protection for the relatives and friends who will be traveling to attend the occasion. Most importantly, we asked for God’s loving grace on the couple that they may have a blessed union and whatever trials and difficulties they may have to hurdle together, they will be able to surpass it all with flying colors. I am sure it will for as long as they have God in the midst of their marriage.
Indeed, nothing can beat the power of prayers! All our effort paid off but I give back all the glory to the Almighty Father. He made things happen. I don’t take the credit in my lonesome. It was actually a concerted effort by the newlyweds and the rest of those who offered their helping hands, all for the love of my brother. My brothers’ friends have always been very supportive. I salute them for their hardwork and sacrifices. From the preparation of the tropical materials to be used at the wedding day and till the most awaited event, April 30, where I requested them to be ushers and usherettes for the occasion.
I am still feeling groggy and dizzy for lack of sleep. Pardon me if I can’t give a detailed narration of what took place on the wedding… just yet. But I promise to relate everything once the mind is at normal pacing
Now please allow me to present some still shots of the wedding preparations:
The Venue

Seriously giving some last minute instructions to one of the ushers while some bros' friends pose for the cam, LOL!

Yours truly looking so stressed out (isn't it so obvious with the puffy eyes and bulging eyebags?), yet still smiling for the cam while writing down the sequence of pictorial at church
More wedding photos coming up soon!

Hi Russ. It was indeed a blessed day. The day before the wedding of my brother, there was also an event at the venue. It rained so hard. The preparations were spoiled. The day after my bro’s wedding, it rained too. It was only on his wedding day that we were spared. It was one beautiful sunny sunshine day. And to think the weather forecast said that it’s going to rain maximum of 3 hours. So grateful our prayers were heard!
Yeah, yeah. I know I need to stop and take a good rest, LOL! Thanks for being here and for liking the photos.

Yes Sis, it was very successful, more than we expected. I feel itchy to narrate everything, LOL! But I need to gather my strength first.

I highly appreciate your work for your brother’s wedding. The venue is refreshing and relaxing especially with the touch of seashells on the table. The centerpiece looks gorgeous with various kinds of flowers on it. Great job!

Lainybelle,
Your most welcome. I bet you can be a good wedding coordinator. I can see you have talents on designing and decorating. I’m just one of the few who appreciate your works because I myself love the work of art. Keep up the good work. God bless!
