Life has been pretty toxic the past couple of weeks. I never thought a wedding coordinator’s job can be this tedious and hectic. I thought I am going to be organizing my OWN wedding, LOL! But heck! My brother can’t wait for me to walk down the aisle first, hahaha!
With very little time left for the preparation, I have to make the most of what I could think would be the best for the wedding ceremony and the reception. I am hands on in almost all of the preparation. One of them is the invitation card.
My brother wants a Hawaiian/ Tropical theme for his wedding. I want to give the invitation some tropical touch. I did some Google search but didn’t find one to my liking. As you all know, there’s only one person who can be tapped when it comes to digital graphics. No one does it better than Windy. Being one of the Principal Sponsors, he could hardly say NO, LOL!
The tedious work on the design began. We spent sleepless nights conceptualizing and brainstorming for the design that would fit the wedding’s theme. We would often discuss on the fonts, colors, etc. but we eventually came up with this design for the invitation cards:
There are still a lot of work to be done. I hope things will work out well on the wedding day. I could only hope and pray that God will grant us a nice weather so as not to ruin everything. Having a garden/ tropical set-up will definitely depend solely on the weather.
With all these preparations keeping my hands full, I haven’t done much of my online stuffs. With this post, I’d like to ask your patience and understanding if I couldn’t return all your visits. Do also check out what’s brewing at Lainy’s Musings for its 3rd Blogoversary Celebration.
