Brisk Walking

Keeping a close watch on my blood pressure has been a real ordeal. I must say it has been a real struggle health-wise for me. I had to take extra measures especially on the aspects of diet and exercise.

I took a minimum of 30 minutes to one hour of brisk walking in the neighborhood in the morning or in the evening. I firmly believe that it is the best fat burner. I lost two kilos since I got out of the hospital in June. I still need to lose two to three kilos more to have my normal weight and for me to be able to wear my favorite jeans ;-)

It is good to have regular exercise. The diets are very important as well. Hope you can eat more fruits and vegetables, this will ready make you more healthy.
