… when I expressed at this blog how high-spirited I was. Unfortunately, it was one of the many posts in 2007 which was not successfully transported at WordPress after this blog got hacked, therefore, I could not provide a link.
Looking back, I was the simple girl who was not actually looking for love but it did found me. My Prince, who is now my fiance, made me so happy on that day. I find it so nostalgic how excited I was of what the future may bring us together. I have to admit I had my fretting moments back then but it pales compared to the joy he has brought into my life. I was a little skeptical in getting myself involved in a relationship from a different race notwithstanding the distance. But we both consented to give it a go.
Every month, we do celebrate our “monthsaries” in the manner we know how. We tried to bridge distance and separation through constant chatting, phone calls and SMSes, exchange of emails, photographs and the like as we can’t do much being both physically apart. It was a true test of faith and patience all through this time.
The good old days
This is not the last hurdle that we need to get over. Life is a constant battle. And ours has just began…

My love and I also met online and carried on a long distance relationship for a long time before meeting. It was a difficult process, however, I feel that I know him so much better than if we had met the traditional way.
