How time flies so quick! It has been four years ago today when I consented to be a girlfriend to a man I have virtually known and who happened to be the answered prayer after three long years of refusing to enter into any relationships.
These past four years had been a wild and amazing ride. In fact, the birth of this blog was in honor of both my Prince and yours truly’s journey to forever. Amidst distance, separation and temptations, we still are together standing strong and never have been this happy since we’ve finally met face-to-face in September. It was indeed a September worth remembering.
What a time for my comeback at this blog! I have neglected this blog for so long a time but this special occasion I shall never allow to pass without having to express my personal thoughts.
What makes this anniversary very different from any other is that both my Prince and I embarked into a deeper commitment. It was a year ago when my Prince went down on his knees and asked me to marry him. I was dumbfounded and actually didn’t know what to say. He had to ask the question again a second time when I didn’t answer the first time. I had to ask him “You’re not joking, are you?” He had to ask the third time and that’s when I realized he was indeed very serious. With tears welling up my eyes, I accepted the proposal with a “YES” and sealed it with a kiss 
Being betrothed to him, I am bound to honor a spoken covenant not only in the eyes of man but more importantly before our Lord God Almighty.

It was not an easy journey being into a long distance relationship. There were lots of barriers along the way. We never have been the perfect persons as individuals. I have my own flaws and imperfections but we intend to continue this journey whatever difficulties we may have to hurdle. As long as we have each other, there is no diffuculty that is too hard to conquer.
We can only look forward on the years ahead. Indeed, our journey to forever has just began.
