Ally Taking Over A Sojourner’s Saga

Hi everyone! My name is Ally. I’m Lainy’s cousin. She might have mentioned me on her blogs in the past. I authored the previous post Happy In Love.

You might be wondering why you’re reading this post right now. Lainy is taking a break. She asked me to take over her blogs for the mean time. Until when? We don’t know yet. But meanwhile, I hope you guys are going to pardon my rubbish. 8-)  I promise you, Lainy won’t be on break for too long. She’ll be back with great posts and stories to tell you all. This has been part of her life, anyway, and it’s impossible that she’s going to turn her back from blogging. This has been her baby for years.

So here I am at A Sojourner’s Saga, taking over! I hope you all are gonna stick around!

Happy weekend!!! :)

Music And My Kido

One of the many things that my Kido and I have in common is our love for music. We’re both members of our church’s choral group. He loves to sing but let’s just say his voice is suited for a choir. Not for mainstream lead vocals. :D

He actually wants to improve on the technical side of music. He told me many times that he wanted to invest on completing his sound system so he can profit from it. He will have it rented on events.

Whenever we go to the mall, he always grabs my hand and brings me to the music store where he can check out the gadgets like that of numark mixtrack that he so wanted to acquire. I will always tell him that he’s got a lot of saving to do so he can purchase his dream gadgets. And that if ever we end up together, I might help him out. Of course I just said that to myself! :) It’s still too early to say, anyway!

Yearend Party’s Scrumptious Foodies

The Yearend Party at work wouldn’t be as fun as it was without the glorious foods served before us. The Boss chose the menu for the night. Before each of the five groups showed off their respective dance moves on center stage, we took delight on all the food that was laid down on the long table.

Yours truly all set for a glorious meal

I beg your pardon but the photos that will follow suit do not intend to make you drool, LOL!

Roasted goat- Poor goat!

Main Courses

Mixed veggies, tuna soup and buko pandan for dessert, YAY! :-P

We had our stomachs full after a hearty meal. Can’t you see it in our faces?  :-D

Wacky pose by the Boss beside me ;-)

Happy In Love

A Sojourner’s Saga started as a blog about LOVE. I also would like to share some stories about me and my boyfriend here at Lainy’s blog, if you don’t mind. :D I don’t think you all have a choice! LOL!

My boyfriend is a kid. He’s actually way too young for me. I don’t know. I never planned to be in a relationship with someone younger. But here I am. Not exactly head over heels in love with him but I love him. Just like that! :D

My love story with him right now is not like the stories you read in fairy tale books. I think most real love stories are like that. He’s not even romantic. We’re together for almost 5 months now yet I never received even a single flower from him. :D Even if he has free shipping coupon on proflowers.com, I’m not expecting him to even remember to bring me flowers on our upcoming monthsary.

Why am I still holding on to our relationship? It’s because I’m happy about just loving someone. Even if he’s got a lot of growing up to do.

I’m not exactly sure how we are going to end. I’m just happy about how we are right now.
