It is not everyday that I get party invitations. So when one came last week, I felt ecstatic. It came from a newfound blogpal in the person of Rovie who’s daughter is going to celebrate her first birthday soon. I wanted to take part in that milestone apart from the fact that it is going to be a grand eyeball, LOL!
However, the celebration fell on a working day. Though it’s a Saturday, we still report for work even on holidays and I can’t file a leave of absence just yet. I also learned that my fave cousin from Manila is going home for a two-day vacation on that day, November 19, to spend some time with her family in celebration of my Aunt’s birthday. So I had to hesitantly turn down the invite. I felt disappointed that I couldn’t meet Rovie and her little darling.
However, I look forward for another meet up that hopefully will materialize one day. Meeting up a blogger behind the blogs in the flesh sounds exciting. I can’t wait for the grand eyeball

Hi Lainz, it’s okay Rovie will understand you. She knows that you are a super woman.
At least having a meet up with her in the near future is not really far from happening as you are just near to each other.
Anyway, I, too wish her cute little darling a wonderful birthday! Nakakatuwa nga si Rovs eh, parati syang dumadaan sa blog ko before umalis at after dumating ng bahay nya. Nakaka touch. Alam ko kasing busy sya sobra sa preparations fr the party pero nakakailang daan pa rin in one day. Musta na pakiramdam mo? I hope ypu’re okay now. Me, medyo sumakit ulo ko later in the afternoon kaya nakatulog na naman ako ng matagal.
I’m always feeling melancholic too pero I’m trying to control it. So glad that I have found blogging…kundi maloloka ako.
