Vitamins is not necessary if the following are part of our daily diet:

Whole grains: At least 3 servings of any variety are very important because of its fiber content.

Dark- green leafy vegetables

Nuts & seeds

Low-fat yogurt milk

Tea (especially green tea), 4 cups a day. They are full of antioxidants
