Pacquiao still got eight weeks to get himself fit and rightly equipped before he face- off with David Diaz on June 28 at the Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada.
The two boxing icons will battle for supremacy in the boxing arena. Diaz will attempt to halt Pacquiao’s winning streaks. Pacquiao, on the other hand, aims of stealing his opponent’s WBC Lightweight title. This is going to be his 5th-division world title, if he turns out successful in beating Diaz.
Dubbed “Lethal Combination”, this match is absolutely going to be a pound-for-pound battle. Pacquiao, who moved up to 135 lbs., is undoubtedly the crowd’s favorite. But Diaz is not an Olympic champion for nothing.
