Please Enlighten Me

When I took Medical Transcription training for six months, I was exposed to different medical terms in the medical field. Everything was so alien to me. When we had the Pathophysiology subject, I have learned the different diseases in human beings. One of them is the Plantar Fasciitis which is the painful foot condition in the heel and arch area which made me think hard. I wonder what is this predicament I am currently experiencing. I can not stand walking in the mall because my feet would hurt. I can not walk on barefoot at home because my feet would again feel sore. If anyone of you have an idea what is this, please enlighten me.
