Have you ever wondered why rings are put on the fourth finger? I was able to come across one Chinese excerpt which explained about this. But first, you have to follow the instructions below:
- Show your palm, center finger bent and put together back to back.
- Do the same with the rest of the four fingers, tip to tip.
- Follow the below arrangement, 5 fingers but only 1 pair can split.
- Try to open your thumb. The thumb represent PARENTS. It can be opened because all human beings go through sickness and death which only means our parents will leave us one day.
- Now close up your thumb, open up your second finger. The finger represent BROTHERS and SISTERS. They will have their own families which means they will have to leave us, too.
- Now,close up your second finger. Open up your little finger. This represent your CHILDREN. Sooner or later, they too will leave their parents for they too will have their own lives to live.
- Now try to open your fourth finger where wedding rings are placed. You will be amazed! I tried this one for myself, hehe! It can not be opened at all!!! According to the excerpt, it’s because it represent HUSBAND AND WIFE and you will be attached to each other for your entire lifetime. Real love will stick together forever and ever!
